    The order was delivered in few hours, the service is very good, and staff is very polite and speaks good English as I don't speak Russian/Ukrainian. I have used UFL 4 times and I was never disappointed

    the flowers not delivered in time .Not 8 of march but 9 of march evening.Flowers was not fresh,no feed for flowers,died next day. Asked apology or discount,no answers,tried to call them no answers.

    I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the composition of bouquets strikingly different from our order, namely: • Faulty primary color scheme, this is not a bouquet of «Peach Sorbet», but something extra different ... • green instead of black berries, • white with red and white carnations instead of gentle pink color. • Also, I wrote not to use opaque paper ...., Which in reality looks more like a piece of newspaper. As for the green leaves sticking out randomly in different directions, it is not clear why they were added to the bouquet ... We did not order such bouquet. If the florist in Baku did not have the necessary colors, it was necessary to inform beforhand or to offer an option that would meet our expactations. In a view of the foregoing, we demand to return the money because your company did not provide the service that we ordered. Kind regards, Miroslava.

    Dear Sirs, On behalf of our Company I'd like to express our dissatisfaction with service provided by representative office in Kiev. We've ordered bouquet delivery to Baku on 10/04/16. I mentioned in advance that we needed the photo of buquet and time of actual delivery. Till curent time, 11.04.2016 15:23, we dont have this information .. . Since morning i've been colling to the manager trying to find out this information, but no result... Each time I called, I had an impression that the same manager hears me first time in his life. It was our first experience working with your company. I would like to request 1. the name of person who actually received the flowers, 2. time of delivery 3. photo of flowers, 4. and address. Fully rely on your support, Miroslava.
